Ancient Hebrew in the Stars
This book is written and illustrated by Shauna Manfredine to show that the proto-Canaanite alphabet letters were the original asterisms of the ancient constellations. The 12 primary star families are connected with the 12 Tribes of Israel. The constellation shapes are found in Jacob's prophecy (Genesis 49) over his sons, which were also recognized as their tribal ensigns. In Hebrew, the word OT means "sign". Significantly, OT is the overall name for the constellations and the Hebrew alphabet letters.
